DC’s Different Drummers started off with a bang in the Palisades July 4th Parade! With only a few weeks of rehearsal, the band focused on two parade tunes that would be sure to impress the audience: Bad Romance by Lady Gaga and Water Me by Lizzo. Well they did exactly that and ended up winning the Founders Award, given out by the parade committee. The band will be debuting their new uniforms at a later performance, but the color guard got to show off their new threads for this parade!! The band also displayed the new marching banner with the new logo design.
